東京スタティック (Tokyo Static) 🖤🏙️

For Tokyo Static, I wanted to explore a visual direction that feels very different from the cinematic work I usually create. This time I leaned into a black-and-white manga aesthetic, extreme fisheye lenses, asymmetric framing, Dutch angles and distorted perspectives inspired by the scale and density of Tokyo. The idea was to treat it almost like a small hip-hop visual piece, with the character performing directly to the camera while the city constantly changes around her. I wanted every shot to feel slightly uncomfortable and unpredictable, while keeping that direct connection between her eyes and the viewer. Created with Higgsfield as part of my ongoing experiments with AI filmmaking, generative AI video and more stylized approaches to visual storytelling. They were a big help while developing the prompts, refining the camera language and turning the visual concept behind Tokyo Static into something I could actually bring to the screen.
