Sebutir

Sebutir is a wordless short film about an old farmer who offers his last handful of rice back to a dying sea, not out of surplus, but out of a ritual of gratitude inherited from his father. The sea answers with an ancient serpent-guardian who mirrors his gesture and returns the offering a thousandfold, transforming a dying village into abundance. It's a story about how a great nation isn't built by grand gestures, but by small, inherited acts of humility passed quietly from one generation to the next.
