In a surreal city where everyone carries balloons symbolizing the things they desire, a headless man in a powder-blue suit begins collecting balloons representing money, love, social validation, happiness, and productivity. As each new balloon lifts him higher above the crowd, he becomes increasingly detached from the world below. But when an unseen force cuts his strings, he discovers how fragile his elevation really is. FLOAT is a surreal visual allegory about the invisible burdens of modern life, the pursuit of fulfillment, and the cost of being lifted by the very things we believe will make us happy.
