[FULL / read the caption] ✨- with a lil exclusive something at the end 🌝 Broken Glory started as a simple idea in my head: a group of friends in small practice rooms dreaming about something bigger than themselves. But over time, this project became much more personal to me. Arkanova is a world I’ve carried with me for years. Ever since I was little, I’ve always escaped into my own imaginary cities, characters, stories, music, and emotions. Creating worlds was never just “playing” for me - it was a way to process reality, dreams, fears, nostalgia, loneliness, hope… all of it. Feggy, the comic artist in this story, is basically a reflection of that part of me. The dreamer. The creator. The kid who wanted fictional worlds to feel real. And Broken Glory became the bridge between both worlds. What I loved most while creating this project was exploring the idea that imagination and reality constantly influence each other. Arkanova shaped Broken Glory. Broken Glory shaped Arkanova. The comic mirrored reality, while reality slowly started mirroring the comic back. After the band returns from Arkanova, the impossible follows them home. The footage spreads. The music reaches people. And six years later, we see them in their prime - still carrying that night with them in every song they write. Every character was designed by me. Every song lyric was written by me. Every segment was edited by me. Every worldbuilding detail, storyline, atmosphere, and visual direction came from my imagination. I think artists understand this feeling deeply: sometimes fictional worlds become emotionally real to us. Sometimes the characters we create carry pieces of ourselves. Sometimes imagination leaves fingerprints on reality. Thank you for watching this story. There’s still so much more to tell. 🖤
