T H E R I O N: PRE-SEASON 02 A BETTER TOMORROW Before Sable Bryant became the woman we know, she was a young woman trying to understand what her life was supposed to mean. Burdened by personal troubles and uncertain of what awaited her, young Sable makes the decision to leave home. Not because she knows where she belongs, but because remaining where she is has stopped providing an answer. Her departure is complicated by an ambiguous encounter with a family member, a moment that leaves more unresolved than either of them is willing to acknowledge. Years later, the Sable Bryant of the present looks back at the person she once was. She cannot warn her younger self. She cannot spare her what comes next. She can only speak from the other side of those years, knowing that the future her younger self was searching for eventually became a life she had to build for herself. Some advice arrives too late to change the past. Sometimes that is precisely why it matters.
