EPISODE 2 — corrected version. I spent 5 hours testing upscalers to fix one thing: AI-generated skin that read as plastic on close-up shots. Process: → Topaz Video AI — Proteus (general-purpose model, not built for synthetic-video artifacts) → Tested Astra — Precise mode with Starlight Precise 2.5 → Astra 2 — Creative mode, creativity pushed to 4/5 Result: minimal visible difference across every pass. Upscalers add sharpness and reconstruct detail — they can't invent skin texture that was never in the source generation. The fix wasn't in post. It was upstream, at generation. This is only the 2nd video I've ever made. No polish, just the real workflow — what worked, what didn't, and where I landed. Scroll back on my feed to see the first version of this episode, then compare it to this corrected one. Find at least 5 differences between version 1 and version 2 and drop your number in the comments — 1 or 2, which reads more real to you? Open to positive feedback and constructive criticism both — genuinely want to hear it.
