THERION: PRE-SEASON 01 THE ORBITAL THRESHOLD Before the events of THERION, Marisol Longsworth appeared before the Gray-Vahlens Group for an interview. Whatever followed that meeting remains unspecified. She returns here under very different circumstances. Now the captain of an unidentified vessel, Longsworth commands an anonymous crew preparing to leave Earth. Their departure begins above a rain-soaked flight complex before becoming a rapid ascent through the atmosphere and toward orbit. But they are not making that journey alone. An unseen adversary has been tracking their departure from the shadows. Even after the vessel clears the atmosphere and reaches Earth orbit, the pursuit continues. Whether Longsworth knows who is following them, what they want, or whether the Gray-Vahlens Group has any connection to what is unfolding remains unanswered. The vessel has no disclosed designation. The crew’s affiliation remains unknown. Their mission remains classified.
