Millennial Dream / Тисячолітній сон

“Millennial Dream (Ukrainian original – ‘Тисячолітній сон’)” is my very first directorial work, based on my own poetry. This lyrical piece later became the foundation and the first part of my main project Ballad of the Millennial Dream.Though imperfect, it remains a sincere testimony of my creative beginning. The video reflects spiritual search, critique of religious dogma, and the quest for freedom and truth. Through the figure of Jesus, references to philosophers and Ukrainian poets, I sought to portray the eternal struggle between material and spiritual worlds, between fear and love.“Millennial Dream” is not just a music video - it is a poetic message, urging viewers to awaken, to feel the Creator’s power, and to recognize themselves as children of God, not slaves of imposed systems. 🏆 Awards & Recognition RED Movie Awards - Official Selection (Autumn Edition), France IndieX Film Fest - Semi-Finalist (September 2024), United States Though modest, these recognitions mark the first international acknowledgment of “Millennial Dream (Тисячолітній сон)” - a project that introduced me to the world of cinema and inspired my creative evolution.
