In a secret laboratory owned by the Omega Corporation, scientists were developing an experimental virus designed to create super-soldiers possessing regenerative abilities and strength far beyond human limits. The initiative was dubbed Project Omega. The final test subject was Lukas Mercer, a former elite soldier who had volunteered for the experiment to save his ailing daughter. Led by the brilliant yet ambitious Dr. Aris Vaelen, the experiment entered Phase Two—a stage that had never before been successfully performed on a human. Initially, the procedure proceeded as expected. However, mere seconds after the virus was injected, Lukas’s body reacted in an unforeseen manner.
