Prologue to Don’t win

The Prologue tells the story of the creation of the Crown and the moment the First King, Asterion Veir, is transformed from a unifying heir into an immortal, consuming will bound to it. Elianora Veil, a keeper of memory and the only one who recognizes the truth behind the Crown, is forced to oppose him and ultimately seals him away using forbidden memory magic. In doing so, she saves the world from his complete domination but triggers the erasure of the Veil name from history. The Prologue establishes the central myth of the Academy of the Last Dawn: victory is not triumph, but the beginning of loss, and forgotten names still shape the fate of those who come after.
